South America is one of the world's most promising emerging photovoltaic markets, Brazil, as the largest economy in South America, is also the region's largest installed capacity of photovoltaic power generation. According to the latest data of Brazilian Photovoltaic Solar Energy Association (Absolar), as of March this year, Brazil's installed solar power capacity has exceeded 40GW mark. With 80% of the country's land area located in the tropics, Brazil is characterised by high temperatures and heavy rainfall all year round, which puts forward more stringent requirements on thermal degradation and reliability of components.

On the site, Consort Solar brings N-type series modules, which are PV power generation solutions to cope with the local geographical location and climate characteristics. The N-type 144 PV module (CST-NT10/72GDF), with a power of up to 600W, has performance advantages in terms of power generation, double-sidedness, temperature coefficient, low-light performance, LID and LETID, with a temperature coefficient of as low as -0.29%/°C, which can create long-lasting, high-efficiency, and green energy in the whole life cycle. The products unveiled at the event include Consort Solar's new heterojunction module series - CST-NT12/66GDF, which was launched at the 8th Brazilian Renewable Energy & Distributed Power Generation Expo in Belo Horizonte last year, and which adopts 210mm-sized cells to increase its maximum power to 710W, with a module efficiency of 22.9%. It adopts 210mm size cells to increase the maximum power to 710W, and the efficiency of the module is as high as 22.9%. It adopts low-temperature round wire welding tape and low-temperature flux to reduce the damage to the structure of amorphous silicon layer, and it has excellent LeTID and PID resistance and low power attenuation, and it is the double-glass version of the module specially designed for the terrestrial power station scenarios.
